Refund Policy

At NEXTGEN SOFTWARE, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality digital services. Since our offerings are digital and service-based, our refund policy is as follows:

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be approved if:

  • The project has not yet started after payment.
  • We are unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to our own limitations.


2. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds if:

  • Work has commenced on your project.
  • Delays or issues occur due to incomplete or late client feedback.
  • You change your mind after delivery.


3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, email billing@nextgensoftware.com with your project reference and reason for the request. We will review and respond within 5 business days.


4. Processing of Refunds

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
